Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite nice, and the breakfast was your typical hotel fare, which was a plus. However, being on the third floor without elevator service for most of our stay was inconvenient. The service, though friendly, lacked knowledge about local places, and the incident with the gravy was off-putting. The location was beautiful and convenient for exploring nearby towns, but the restrictions in the lobby were a downside. The dining experience was average with limited hot food options. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel had good-sized rooms with pretty cool murals and the inclusion of a jacuzzi, but they were in very poor shape with a combination of mold/mildew & strong air/carpet freshener. The service was nice and friendly, more like family than staff, but they weren't prompt in fixing issues and smoked near guest entrances. The location was convenient to visit Four Winds Casino and had tables outside the pool room to relax, but away from the front desk. Dining was OK and better than expected in cleanliness, but just filled the belly. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although dealing with noisy neighbors was a bit inconvenient. The service was excellent, especially during a cold night when the staff went above and beyond. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the casino and wedding venue. While the dining experience fell short with limited options, I appreciated the convenient beach access.
